Producer Responsibility for Statewide Recycling Act
Waste Connections of Colorado is pleased to share that under Colorado’s Producer Responsibility for Statewide Recycling Act (HB22-1355), residential recycling collection will be provided at no charge to customers. This program shifts the cost of recycling services from customers to producers of paper and packaging materials.
